The head coach of the school is the world champion Irina Kovalchuk. The entire coaching staff of each branch are titled gymnasts from Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine.

“Madina” helps children not only to gain a hobby, but also to plunge into the real world of professional sports. Every year, at the initiative of the school, in Almaty takes place the Open Championship in rhythmic gymnastics "Zhasa Otanym , in which take part up to 1000 athletes from Kazakhstan, the near and far abroad.
